Laurence as President, StrategyOne, led a fourfold growth in the firm from 2006 to 2011 to become a Honomichl Top 50 research company with $16 million in worldwide billings, 9 global offices and 80 employees. StrategyOne, now named Edelman Intelligence is the market research firm of Edelman, the world’s largest PR firm.
While at StrategyOne, he was senior counsel on Edelman’s Trust Barometer, a global study on trust across 27 countries. His insights on corporate trust have been published in FT, Economist and AdAge. He was named one of 2015 Top Thought Leaders in Trust by Trust Around the World. He has been a guest speaker at OECD.
Laurence was an international General Manager for 19 years at Caltex Corporation, owned by Chevron. In his role as GM of Strategic Asset Management, he managed a $ 1.6 billion portfolio of marketing assets and a team of 90 across 9 countries, including Southern Africa.
Laurence is a Fellow of The RSA. He is a founding member of the Strategic Management Forum. He holds a MBA from the London Business School and a BE Chem. (Hons) from the University of Canterbury ,New Zealand.
David Lyndon works for Reputation Leaders to capture and synthesize actionable insights from multiple data sources to drive decision making for brands and organisations. Based in the Middle East, he works internationally.
It was here that he managed teams of up to 20 people through diverse customer facing projects. These projects emphasized constant evaluation of decisions affecting stakeholders based on raw data and subsequent analysis. David holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering (Hons) from the University of the West of England in Bristol.
